😃 happy 😃 Saturday….

Still paying for my McDonald’s meal when I went to appointment Thursday…but figuring things out….I over trained yesterday…still behind on my sleep due to …yesterday over trying cause I had a pain pill…and took advantage of that…today plan…keep closer watch on my strain on my whoop…and trust the process..

My cell phone alarm went off at 4am…I shut it off…and 20 minutes later crawled outta bed…2 hours behind on sleep…so todays plan…not to overtrain…something for me..that’s hard not to do…I just enjoy the workout…

I found myself not wanting to write down the upswing…but…being honest with my self needs to become a habit for this lifestyle to work…one day at a time….

When I got up my strain was 2.0…11.8 is my target today…so might be a day off …with just walking…I’m learning how to use more features on my whoop …to help me…

Well…time to get a walk in..before breakfast…then..check my strain…

Listening to one of my podcasts …

Good morning! I am up early today too. Sorry that meal is still bothering you. Hopefully, taking it a bit easy today will help with that. Just walking and listening to your podcast will be enough I would say. Contractor will be here so maybe some earplugs for me. Lol Going to make coffee and that will make everything else fall into place. Lol Enjoy your breakfast and have a wonderful day!:)

Lol…navy….my aftersholtz headphones are made that you can put earplugs in…and still hear the music over it all….you need those…

Morning! Sorry to hear your McD stopped is still catching up with you. I hate that. Just one little thing can throw things out of whack. Doesn’t seem fair. One day at a time for sure! Enjoy your day! You got this!!

Was looking back thru my whoop data…and Sunday I was in green…as with strain…Monday it turned to yellow…Tuesday it was red…Wednesday it was red…Thursday it was yellow..friday yellow…today it’s yellow and showing higher recovery as it did yesterday….I just need to read my data better…instead of training harder….cause I feel like it…that’s what causes injury…or inflammation..neither of which I need….
