Happy 😃 happy 😃 Friday….

What a busy day yesterday…and behind on sleep as well….

Walked yesterday and did resistance bands..kettlebell..but had an out of town dr appointment…so a McDonald’s crispy chicken sandwich…and water…then appointment…44 min drive one way…by time we got back home at 3..was tired and hungry…but instead fasted…drank my water…

Weight is up…but that’s part of it all..trust the process…todays a new day..back on track….

Already thinking of the workouts and how I want to get more movement today…but also looking at some nap time..

Time to get dressed rest of way…get a morning walk in before breakfast….get this day started…wake them endorphins up…lol…

Have a fantastic positive day…

Good morning! You did have a busy day and 44 minutes one way is a trip. Same as mine this past Tuesday and I was wore out. The chicken sandwich sounds like a nice treat. It is a new day so don’t worry about the weight. You will work it right off and then enjoy your nap. Quiet here today. My contractor has a funeral so no pounding and no yappy yorkies! Lol I want it done but after yesterday I need some quietness. So coffee with the windows open and then stuff to do. Have a fun Friday!:)🎉

When we still lived in our house…had to have a new roof….talk about noise….lol…was glad when it was over for sure….Yeap..already forgot about yesterday…today is a new day..and back at it…adding different moves …to increase my breathing to burn more calories….

Yeap navy…that ride yesterday….was what made me hurt today…I was off the pain meds for several days and happy to be off them…but glad I have them when I need them…and since I have to take them..may as well do a workout as well…
