Dipped back into the 130's 😁 I finished the day under 1600 calories again today...in spite of a very filling dinner of Black-eyed Peas & Ham with a salad.

I did 2 loads of laundry & THOROUGHLY cleaned our bedroom, including dusting, vacuuming & changing the bedding. I can't seem to do any tasks standing on my feet for a long period of time without getting a back ache 🙁 I was definitely ready for a break when I finished.

I had a late lunch & watched Virgin River.

The weather had the feel of Fall today. It was cool when I got up & very pleasant all day.

Gym Day tomorrow 💪

Nice drop Sherry! I was having backaches when standing for even short periods of time, and found out that I have severe arthritis in my lower back. Not saying that's your problem, but you might want to investigate.

Shir, you might be right. I know I do have arthritis in my body. I've always blamed my lower back pain on weakened muscles after being pregnant with 2 large babies....1 9.2 lbs. the other 8.10 lbs.
