Inching my way down with another 0.4 pound loss. Seems like it is easy to gain weight quickly but it just doesn't come off as quickly!

The first two days of this week I ate considerably over my calories and then I pulled it back for the next 5 days and ate within my calorie window. By the end of the week, those two days resulted in an average of 50 calories over the high end of my window. Goes to show that having a 'free' day or two can wipe out the hard work of 5 days. The plan is next week not to be above my calorie window at week's end.

This week has been a catch up week. I have been getting all the different company books done, prepping for various board meetings and mowing and weedeating the yard. It is a relief to start to catch up on these chores.

You got this! Some weeks it's like two steps forward, one step back. Just have to keep moving forward. ^_^

I agree, when I was gaining, before fat secret, the weight just flew on. Much more concentration to make it go away

Debbie my calorie window is 1185 to 1210. It seems that if I keep my calories in that range I will lose. Keep in mind that it also takes into account how I track my calories so if I am undervaluing some things on a regular basis then my window is lower. I basically tracked my calories as I judge them and watched where I lost weight. I started off using the calorie calculator that I found on Nerd Fitness as a starting point. Then I refined it from there. The calorie calculator takes into consideration your age, gender, weight and exercise level (I chose 0 as I figured any exercise was a bonus!) It caluculates how many calories you use to maintain your weight. Then take off I think it was 500 calories to lose weight. Follow what they said as my memory may be faulty.
