It's easy to behave when I'm at work and distracted/busy all day. On the weekends, I find it harder to remember to drink my water and have regular times for eating (and not before). So today I'm going to make it my mission. Food/exercise first, everything else around that. With a new house, I'd hope I'd have plenty to do but I can get sucked into things as easily as anyone else and then things don't get done.

Today is doing some food prep and cooking, getting some more crystal light drops (berry sangria is awful btw), and walking to go check out at least one of the parks in my new neighborhood and see what's in them. Tomorrow sometime I'll go see my granddaughter and play with her for a while, give her mommy and other grandma a break for a few hours and get some kisses and snuggles in before I have to bring her back. She changes basically every time I see her but she is so much fun to watch. Just *TIRING* cause I'm not used to having a little one around. I'm always on guard with her in a way I wasn't (but my mom was with mine) for my kids. We know more I guess.
