Celebrating another "down under"...I am now down under 230!!! Yippee!!!!

I have upped my exercise quite a bit and my appetite seems to have been less this week. I stayed on my meal plan, but did not meet my RDI a couple of days.

A couple of weeks ago, while helping my son move into his new house I was exposed to some mold on a piece of furniture that had been in storage and I had my first asthma episode in about 15 years. It was bad enough to need an inhaler. Since then I've felt fine until just the past couple of days. My lungs hurt when I ride my exercise bike for long stretches. Last night I rode for 50 minutes and after I got off the bike I walked around the house tidying up. As I walked I tried to figure out what the sensation was I was feeling...am I hungry?...no...does it feel like reflux?...I took the meds, but I don't think that was it...after a while I determined it was my lungs. They were burning and just...hurt. I think this is exercise induced asthma rearing its ugly head. Today is a no-bike day, so I'll see how things go.

GoodMan and I are heading over to the Reed City house to do some yard work. He'll cut the grass and do some cement work while I use the paint sprayer to stain the gazebo. I think I'll get some exercise doing that. Later, we'll have our great-niece over for dinner and a swim. I'll use my swim weights to get a little low-impact workout in the pool.
