I find the month rapidly passing me by and soon I will be running out of month and not have met my goal!
133.4 kg Lost so far: 14.1 kg.    Still to go: 31.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hiya Joe, dont beat yourself up, just peeped at yr profile stuff etc and saw you have lost over thirty pounds in a couple of months, thats fab :-) well done. I suggest you record everything you eat daily to help speed up your weight loss because I noticed you were recording less than a 1000 calories a day, i dont believe thats enough. Try recording for two weeks and i am sure you will see results. Good luck and happy losing :-)
