Been a bad couple of weeks. Had some health issues and just let life get me down. But after really seeing myself in the mirror this morning and knowing that by not watching my weight I am leaving myself open to all kind of health issues, I am starting over again. Today is the first day of the rest of my life, no more not keeping track, no more junk food, time to get real.
