I love to see the scale slowly creeping its way down down down. Only .6 of a pound and I get my first weight loss reward, two new bras from Victoria's Secret. As soon as I wake up these days, I get dressed in my workout clothes and tennis shoes so they are a constant reminder to get in my exercise and I'm ready to go at any time.

Update: Completed 4 miles at the gym on the treadmill in 47:25

Still having lots of tummy gas from the smoothies so I tried out the new Quaker Oatmeal Squares that Bob from the Biggest Loser is sponsoring. It has 46g of whole grain and it actually tastes really good. I'm thinking that I'm going to measure the 1 cup serving into a baggie and use that as my munchie snack since it tastes sweet.
70.2 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Slow and steady wins the race! Weel done and what a great idea with the bras. I have been wondering about a nice reward for my first ten pounds - always being optimistic - and I might treat myself (and him)to some sexy underwear too.

Larastar, I set up a reward system for every 5 pounds all the way down to a teeny weeny bikini if I can get down to 130 pounds, lol. I don't remember ever weighing that little but I like to set both short term and long term goals.
