Day 4 Elimination Diet - Day 3 Zumba incredible results program

Not missing any food I have eliminated so far - challenging 2 days coming up Saturday and Sunday - that means breakfast starts cooking from the morning until everyone wakes up! next week school starts so still have some books to cover, hope everyone pools in! and i will have the house to myself for about an hour until i get back to work, blisss! I can workout to the music level i like cos i like it loud to feel it! Gym in the mornings will be an issue to get to but i'll see how it goes...i love the zumba program and the change in diet and the zumba workout are giving me results - I'm not hitting my Nike fuel points target of 6,000 so my workouts are averaging max 4,000 so i'm working out less but losing more than in previous weeks! I'm working with less weights but i want to go back to more weight lifting because the toning and definition i really don't want to lose! If i feel strong after the 10 days are over ( i didn't want to lift heavy and then get dizzy) i will continue with the weights, maybe i can fit a trip or two to the gym -> yes i will check if i can fit it in. I am very happy there was no headache yesterday ( the headache from previous day went off on it's own accord without popping pills to relieve it, proud of it!). Slept like a baby, feeling good :)!
