Well, 2 months off the rails and I only gained 2 lbs I about cried tears of joy when I saw the scale wasn’t 20lbs higher. I’m dealing with a ton of heel pain. Planter fasciitis flair ups in both feet. I’ve given up on the idea of trying to lose weight by just counting calories. I’m ready to give up the carbs again. I’ll deal with my main issue (unhealthy relationship with food) after I lose enough weight to be mobile again. I’m going to take the 1st few days and just get use to it and then I’ll do strict keto with fasting so I can start losing about 5 lbs a week. I excel at going full throttle for short periods of time. My problem is always consistency. It’s just so boring and I’m sooo ADD
92.5 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.1 kg a Week

I have bad plantar fasciitis too. I did it trying to do couch to 5k 50# heavier. It is better than it used to be. I wear arch supports and also roll on a tennis ball. Just glad to see you back, Dawnie! Hope you will be kind to yourself! 💕💕💕

Bad enough in one foot- let alone two.

You will be fine :) I had Planter fasciitis and the braces that you can buy to put on your feet when you sleep actually fixed it for me. Good luck, I'm on the same weight loss plan as you. I have been going to the gym and that helps a lot. Take Care!

I, too, have had plantar fasciitis. I'm going to sound like a wacko, but after a year of plantar fasciitis, I saw a drastic improvement after a few days of using a 100 Watt red light and near infra red therapy light. Within a couple of weeks, I was just about normal. I got it on Alibaba for about $100 and I rested my feet directly on it for 20 minutes twice per day. It feels good because it's warm, but I think there is more to it than that. Photobiomodulation has some research behind it. Look it up if you are interested.

Zapotz , i read that the guy used red light to help rid his body of lyme disease. I had same issues with my foot and what worked for me is that muscle gun ..that device that pounds your muscles... I pounded the pain out..

I too am ADD. I get bored very quickly! I do best by sticking to a clean diet and keeping carbs under 100 grams a day. Its what works for me. Good luck! 👍

I had plantar fasciitis. Blamed mine on what felt like excessive digging (for weeks) to remove plantar warts prior to that. Prescription inserts got rid of the pain and let my feet heal.

I'm fighting a bit of this, too, but in the front of my foot. had to change from summer flip flops into tennis shoes with arch supports which sucks.

Thank you guys for all the support and advice. I 1st got planter fasciitis in 2010 and dealt with the on and off agony of it until 2016/17 when I discovered the sleeping brace. That brace did not work for me but the idea was perfect. After only a couple of nights sleeping with my feet straight against my foot board and wearing special insoles it went away. This is my 1st bad flair up (caused by hiking in cheap shoes) and my old trick isn’t working. I toss and turn too much. Tonight I have a body pillow at the end of my bed so I can press up against it. Maybe it will work. I also put a couple of water bottles in the freezer for the morning.
