One Day at a time. Eating the same since I started this WOE-5 years ago. Yet, put back on 8-10 lbs over the last two years. STRUGGLING WITH THAT. But grateful that it is just that amount. With Covid ...I am a little less active. I have maintained my yoga practice but the more strenuous aerobic regime has fallen off with my health. I am just at a loss what to do to jump start my routine without lessening calorie intake (1000 to 1500 cal/day. Any ideas? If anyone has anything has any advice. I am totally open.... Thanks to all for being here.

I don't have any advice because you're kinda the poster child of maintenance around here! But, I will pray for you specifically that God will give you wisdom to determine the best course to take to get the results you are striving for!

Maybe you can find space in your day for 2 or 3 exercise snacks, where you do something fun and energetic for 5 or 10 minutes. (2 song dance party?) That can help goose your metabolism a bit, I’ve heard. I’m kind of dreading getting down to a weight where I have to eat less than 1500 calories to maintain my weight — but working towards it still.
