almost 9 hours sleep, took 2 NatraSleep herb pills for sleeping.(Recommended Dose is 1 to 3 pills)
No idea why but within the first hour and 15 minutes sleeping, I woke and had to pee THREE times, losing 1.6Lb water weight. Not common for me at all.
Then another pound water weight loss after I got up in the morning.
wondering if the pills are a powerful diuretic.
