Ate good yesterday, worked hard (mentally) and took a nap. Didn't get my goal for liquids but working on that better today. Made plans to see friends both tomorrow evening and Thursday then eldest granddaughter for an overnight Friday evening. Feels like it's going to be a slammed week but it's good. My inner introvert is whining so I'm looking for quiet things to look forward to after each thing lol. Coffee #2 in the works, inservice I'm working on has been postponed a week (YAY!) and early out Friday, a carry over from 7/4 when we were supposed to get out 2 hrs early. It's gonna be a good week.
102.0 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 36.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
