Must have been holding a lot of water. Need to make better choices today. A majority of my calories came from animal crackers and an ice cream cone, yesterday. Neither high in protein, nor filling.

good luck with the protein! I struggle with finding high protein foods that taste decent and don't take up all of my calories 😫 🙃

Animal crackers are so good. On a similar vein are graham crackers. I beasted a whole sleeve this weekend.

Love graham crackers. Especially with peanut butter. LOL.

No protein in animal crackers? Who knew? Sounds like false advertising to me.

Asarver, a half cup of fat-free Greek yogurt has 23 grams of protein and 60 calories. Makes a delicious breakfast when combined with fresh fruit.

@shirfleur, I can't do any kind of yogurt. I use it in place of mayo when I need to, but I can't eat it plain. It makes me gag 🤢

Honeebuns, I misspoke, it's Fage and 6 ounces has 18 grams of protein. I was looking at one cup when I said 23 grams. Sorry for misleading you. Asaver, sorry to hear that. I add vanilla, cinnamon and a packet of sweetener to my yogurt, then top it with fresh fruit, so it is definitely not plain.

Princess, I apologize for taking over your post. 🌹

Ah 🙂 I meant plain more as when it's the main ingredient. There's something about the texture of it for me 😆
