Oof. Had a "long weekend" that threw me out of my schedule and eating/drinking. Back on track today. Did my grocery shopping and meal prep yesterday so I should be good to go for this week. Did my meal planning yesterday too so I know what to eat for each day (definitely helps seeing what you have left first, then making a meal plan THEN a grocery list).

It's Monday. Let's go do it.
