JoeSixPac's Journal, 08 Sep 14

It has been an odd 2 or 3 weeks! I really did not fall off my diet I just been losing control of my portion sizes! I am fine up until dinner then I seem to lose my mind and I have really been having bad cravings in the evening and this could quite possibly be from bad carbs I have been munching on. I find having to report in on ones progress is a good accountability measure and enough (hopefully) motivation to lose the required 6 pounds. Today I go back to the Eat every 2 hours just make the eating small and 40 Protien, 30 Carbs and 30 Fat and nothing after 8 pm. BTW I have not been eating enough salads this go round so that will be my personal challenge at least 1 small salad a day and using the 35 Kcal bottle types or Fresh Garlic from Costco. Good luck to everyone!

try drinking a big glass of water a little bit before dinner. Weird trick but it works for me, I even do it at restaurants.
