Reboot, day 1. Doing what I can for food until I shop later today. 2 day drive back from a 30+ day stay at my Dad's and last year was a cluster, so...yeah. Reboot.
103.5 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 37.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
