life has been really busy since I have been back to work,,, some times I Love it and some times I dont ...
been going to gym at least 3 times a week (( get reimbursed )) by my company to ..
there is no doubt in my mind and heart .. for me when I'm upset ,,, the urge to over eat is overweening
so with that said I need to make sure ,, when I am upset to admit it ,, face it ,, ask the Lord to Help me <3
because it well blind side me ...and I feel kidnapped under a traces of frozen yuk ........... I dont know how to express it ......giggling I know I can do better ,,, my knee is still some what of an issues im not pain free lets put it that way ,, were are trying to make friends (( knee replacement )) it sure hasn't been fun . but were growing on each other .. can been my knee way more then I thought I could yaaaaaaaa <3 have a great weekend <3 and rain go away so we can clean our vehicles we have to get ready for our camping ,,, yaaaaaa again <3 have a blessed day <3 FS FAMILY <3 dont foregt to take care of your body <3
