Down 2.5 pounds! Woohoo! After three week of nothing, I was pleasantly surprised! I didn't feel like I had lost any, and the loss was even being swollen. Which brings me to a question- does anyone else swell over night?; Every morning my ring is tight. Frustrating. Ate a bit of fruit today- feel a cold coming on. Also a bite of grandson's mac and cheese. Hope that doesn't mess me up.
