Starting over. Day three. Sigh. Trying not to think of where I would be if I hadn't quit. I have discovered that it is just not worth it to eat crap. I feel horrible, gain weight, have no energy, and emotions go crazy. Today - Jan 6 - Day three - feel better physically but emotionally I want to stuff my face.

Had a little setback with cookies last week. Am finally getting back on track but mentally, it's really hard.
