Going the wrong way....not sure if I am ready to knuckle down again yet. So going to just record and renew my awareness of what and the amount that goes into the pie hole. J

Last year in November, I got fed up of the lack of progress and went off my diet for 6 months. Result is that I gained 19lbs...It's so much harder to lose than to gain. It's very good that you are logging what you're eating. Just think about knuckling down before you do to much damage. :)
