I'm back on fatsecret, eating right, and exercising. It is amazing how quickly you can revert back to bad (fast and easy) habits. All of a sudden 10 months have based and your 35 lbs heavier with out of control diabetes.

I was down to 230, was back up to 267 at the last doctor visit. Two weeks back on a decent diet and exercise; now I'm at 257.

Back to it.
116.6 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
