Up half a tick, but not concerned. I'm now weighing daily, but averaging weekly, something I've been doing for a while. 3 weeks ago, average was 200. Two weeks age, 198.5. This week, I'm shooting for 197.5. I'll be very content with a pound a week.

Conventional wisdom says not to track calories on Atkins, but what they really mean is, don't obsess on calories, count your carbs. Still, it seems that I do better with fewer calories and feel better, too. Going to change my RDI to 1400 for non gym days and aim for 120% of that on gym days.

Yesterday I got some relief from constipation. Feel much better. Gym tonight. Have a great short week everyone!
