Got back from backpacking again and have been eating poorly and allowing all kinds of indulgences. (no alcohol, sodas, energy drinks) Burgers, desserts, candy, bread, carbs, carbs, carbs!! and i gain 5-6 lbs. in no time!
124.7 kg Lost so far: 27.2 kg.    Still to go: 34.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.6 kg a Week
