w00t w00t! Excited about my progress! Stuck like glue to my meal plan and spent 45 minutes on my new exercise bike last night. Other than some "saddle soreness" the bike works great. Still waiting to get the parts that will allow me to track miles/calories/etc, but I can time myself and make sure I go fast enough to make me sweat. Hopefully I'll have the remaining parts by Friday.
108.2 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 35.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Yay for you! Enjoy that new toy, and watch those muscles start toning up. Hint: Take measurements now while you're just getting started with it, so you can see a difference when you look back a couple months down the road.
