Halfway through my 25 minute speed rope session last night I felt my energy levels droop low, so my carb stores are pretty well empty now. Should see the weight loss slow from here on.
80.5 kg Lost so far: 12.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
