Well a week working on the road, had a few high calorie days but for the most part held true to plan. I did have concerns throughout the week about my Monday morning weigh in. Dropped below the 300 mark :-)
135.4 kg Lost so far: 13.4 kg.    Still to go: 49.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
