didn't stay with the foods on my woe yesterday but I did eat well, just maybe too much bacon & sausage in the morning, but it was sooooo yum. Have to get that portion control under CONTROL! But it was an all you can eat breakfast buffet! At least I stayed away from the bread, potatoes, hash, pancakes, fake butter, donuts stuff! Stuck with eggs, bacon, sausage, little bit of ham (lean), a spoon full of corn beef hash and coffee (alot of coffee) & water (alot of water also :-) then lunch was dinner was chicken, dill pickles & strawberries & tea, So I think I did ok and feel ok PLUS we did water aerobics! Hope ALL is well in FS-Land & take care to ALL :-)
