I'm starting to have trouble with intermittent fasting. I usually stop eating around 2-3pm but lately I'm starving in the morning and I end up eating my 1 or 2 meals by noon. Yesterday I had lots of Ritz crackers at the end of the day which I haven't logged in. The intent was to have 3 or 4 to take medication. But after eating those I kept going back for a few more until the entired sleeve of crackers was gone! Surprised the weight hadn't budged since yesterday.
89.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 16.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I am missing all your posts. I'm sorry! I did that a couple days ago. I woke at 6 and by 9, I had eaten nearly all my calories. I felt so hungry. Today was too many too soon, too- but again I couldn't wait. Sure makes the weekend feel longer at least. Haha. Ritz crackers are so good. I have difficulty with saltines and butter, let alone Ritz.

Thanks DP. It doesn't seem like my posts are being seen but that doesn't bother me. I'm sure no one is interested in me trying to reduce fat in my diet. I love saltines with butter! I stopped buying them and switched to Ritz but they are even better. I have to find something else to eat when I need a pain pill in the middle of the night. I will eat all the crackers!
