took about 2 weeks in a 800cal deficit at about 350g carbs per day but fasting blood sugar finally back in the normal range, was 81 this morning , and 88 yesterday

Great job on the drop in weight and blood sugar levels.🤩 How often do you get your A1C checked? Do you have to send the doc these daily tests, too?
