Been binging. No excuses. I have got to get back on track.

What do you think caused your unwanted behavior? How do you think you could handle the events/feelings that led up to the “binge” behavior without food? (These are just questions for you to consider, I don’t expect you to answer them publicly👍)

Thanks Y'all! I appreciate the support. Don't worry, I have come too far to stay off the rails. I just need to get this food=comforting notion out of my head. Bad stuff happens sometimes. I just don't need to run for the pantry when it does.
