Doing progressive overload every other day (dumbells) for 6 mo now. I'm pretty sure today's 1.6 lb drop from yesterday is water due to 33g carb keto diet.
82.1 kg Lost so far: 34.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
