Very pleased with this weeks results. I can not explain why it's double the loss using calorie in / out formula, maybe fluid. I like it all the same :-)
137.9 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 51.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
