I had a hysterectomy at the end of November 2021 and then messed up my right knee. I’m having a lot of trouble keeping the weight off again. This worked well for me last time, so I’m back.
96.2 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Wow, I read that wrong I thought you said THEY messed up my knee! I was trying to wrap my head around how that could happen during a hysterectomy! 😂. Welcome back, you got this
