Accomplished much yesterday. Cleaned the house starting with scrubbing the tub then sweeping vacuuming dishes laundry...then went to the gym...then to my mom's to mow her yard because her husband had hip replacement and can't - then my own. I was outside until 7 p.m. Today I will paint my porch. Super excited to get things done. Thankful I have tomorrow to do it too.
100.3 kg Lost so far: 12.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Superman... Today is leg day but I'm feeling like there is no way to squeeze that in with church and porch projects. 😆🤷🏻‍♀️ we'll see.

I am amazed at how much you could clean in one day! When did I ever have that kind of energy? Yesterday was supposed to be house cleaning day because I have company coming next Saturday. All I managed to do was the guest room - vacuuming, dusting and endless loads of laundry washing all the bedding for guest bed and my bed. Then I needed ice on my back and I can hardly move today. I also did about 30 minutes of raking. That might actually what did me in.

Lol I totally get it. Leg days are so convenient. Like today I have to eat breakfast, play with my phone for awhile then think of what to eat for lunch. I have problems fitting it in every time
