I had a miserable weekend. Poison ivy! I have it on my arms and legs. I went to the Dr Thursday and got a shot and some cream, but it didn't work very fast. The all night itching finally subsided by Saturday night and I was able to get a good nights sleep. Dr gave me some pills to stop the itching. The rash is finally drying up. I shouldn't have waited so long to go to the Dr. I know this isn't diet related, but I need to vent. I hope everyone had a better weekend than I did.
