221.2lbs. 1.4lb loss in thirty-three days.
Not great, but still okay considering the level of effort I'd put out. For the most part, I've been holding back from overeating. Mostly geared towards holding the line, but not so much towards an actual weight loss.
My activity level is increasing with the good weather, and home projects are getting tended to much better than in previously heavier years.
Salads helped a lot this week, so hopefully that'll continue.
Feels good to be back on track after several weeks of gaining and loosing the same few ounces.
Never stop fighting till the fight is done!

100.3 kg Lost so far: 33.5 kg.    Still to go: 11.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Slow loss is good loss. Takes your body time to adjust to any change, and it stops fighting you after awhile. Hang in there, one day, one meal! at a time, and you will get to your body's natural set point in your body's own good time. And then, when you get there, it will be natural and easy to maintain, because along the way you will have learned how much you really need, and how to put food into its rightful place in your life. Not easy, of course, but time is definitely your friend as long as you are moving in the right direction. That's how it's been working for me over the last 3 1/2 years. And, one day at a time, one pound at a time (one half-pound or less at a time, really), I'm getting there. I weighed 222 at my doctor's office in November of 2018. I weighed 177.4 (new low!) this morning at home. 44.6 pounds!!! Yet that amounts to (drumroll, please) only 2.5 pounds a month. Most of the time it's slower than that, by a lot. But it comes off as the time passes, and here I am, plugging away, learning as I go, and moving ever closer to my PERMANENT goal. YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!!

Wow did I miscalculate, by the way. That should be ONE pound a month. One. But it sure adds up over time!!!
