Ok im going back down yeah!! instead of freaking out about the weight gain and doing what i used to do which was to fast for 2 days i went right into weight watchers points and it worked perfectly to get the weight back down. now i have to get my exercising back up again i have been using this hot weather as an excuse sing its been close to 100 degrees out. so i stopped my walking. need to find other things to do.
73.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Great job not freaking out! It usually is the sensible things that get us back on track - not the drastic ones. Drink lots of water in that heat!
