my main goal right now is sticking to my RDI hopeful not to go over

Cant say im Atkins

cause I not only got burnt out , my stomach refused most of the foods I had been eating on a regular bases during my Atkins journey

as I said to some one I will never look at a white flouter the same again or anything that is made with it High carb -no nutrient... my pancakes taste just fine with almond flour low carb high nutrition
Im sure my Cheetos habit is purely some kind of compensation for my pain no excuses just stating a fact .. it is what it is .. I'm not giving up ..all Prayers are welcome <3 Have a Blessed day to you <3

thanks every one had a great time at my sons Birthday party BBQ Love seeing him and his family he said he was coming over tomorrow to go swimming with his granddaughter my great <3 the twin Grand kids a boy & a girl <3 sweet dreams <3
