What is your goal, since you've surpassed your goal weight?

My goal is to just maintain and work on developing muscle, I would like to be stronger. There are spots on my body that definitley need more toning than others. =)

That's great. Do you do any strength workouts? I know that you like to run :)

I don't have any set workouts like DVD's or anything in regards to strength. I just use different pound weights to lift and hold while doing exercises that I know. Do you have one you use?

I've done ChaLean Extreme and 10-Minute Trainer (both Beachbody programs) in the past, as well as single DVDs, mostly the Biggest Loser ones. I like them all. Right now, I'm only doing body weight exercises and lifting dumbbells. This week, I started doing exercises that I found on BodyBuilding.com. It was a good change to my routine, because I got really sore from it, whereas I had stopped getting sore before. It's good to change things up to continue to challenge the body, or else there will be no progress. At least, that's what I think :)
