Week 7 day 1 - legs workout! good workout but when i went to do my finishing treadmill walk had to forget the incline and speed! Started at 3.5 incline but after about 7 mins had to quickly reduce to a comfortable 1.0 incline as had bad shooting pains up my ankle. I must see about getting new sports shoes maybe i don't have enough support and that is why i get this horrible pain. Other than that super busy today and got my first morsel of carrots and peas at around 12:45 followed by a black coffee! not bad to last it out like that!Crossfit class tonight, hope to work extra hard to make up for losing a session tomorrow and thursday eve.

Sorry about the ankle. I find that its critical to buy the best shoes available for exercise, running, and hiking. Poor support can cause physical problems throughout the entire body.
