Weigh-in for Challenge. Covid test (at home) is Negative! woooohooooooo :) Not sleeping much due to cough. Feel a bit better today, though!
136.5 kg Lost so far: 24.5 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
