I guess there really is something to the whole deficit thing. 🎉🎉🎉
86.4 kg Lost so far: 7.1 kg.    Still to go: 22.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It sort of makes sense - if you think about it - if you do not put the calories inside to operate the body - then the body has to use some fat stores to operate the body - It all makes sense = Net Deficit and weight loss. That is correct. (Actually Crystal Jo has created a page chart explaining Net Deficits and may send that to you if you ask her)

Thanks @acomandr & jergins.. idk crystal Jo & I'm not real fluent with the AP to be honest.. I actually screwed up my weigh in like 3xs before figuring out how to do it (so it appears I've lost less than I have) anyway I'll keep the name in mind if I see it I'll look on her page. I appreciate the advice. I definitely don't have it figured out .. but have noticed that if I continue to work out & stay in at least a 500 deficit I seem to lose. & In my book that's enough for now.
