Ok - shred challenge starts today - yahoo!
Swam yesterday and lost the 2 pounds - must have been fluid...
Monday, monday..... have a great week everyone!
67.7 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
