Up .5 pounds from a new low is still a low, so I'm fine with it. New lows always take a few days to "stick" for me.

Going to the gym for the 4th time this week (yay!!) and hoping to keep up this pace.
91.6 kg Lost so far: 35.4 kg.    Still to go: 24.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Great job, even with little blips. Same thing happens to me. Only difference is, I see that low on the scale in between my weekly weigh in and I wait to document it. No one sees that it see-saws for another 3-4 days until I document it for real :-)

Wouldn't worry about 1/2 pound, probably just normal fluctuations. You are doing amazing.
