Start: Summer 2020—>119 lbs January 2021 —>101.6lbs Now: April 2022—>127lbs Hello, FatSecret family. Today my weight is 127+- lbs. which is extremely high for my height. I’m doing liquid diet together with intermittent fasting. First meal I consume at 12 pm and mostly I eat cottage cheese or yogurt and drink it with coffee w/monk fruit sweetener. Then until 6-7 pm I drink iced coffee / iced cappuccino / a lot of water / smoothies / kefir(reduced fat and sugar free) Sometimes if I feel hungry I can allow myself to drink a cup of milk, green tea, or protein drink. I know this diet is extremely difficult and I know that I just harm myself. But getting into good shapes is more and more important for me. I’m glad people will understand it, thank you)))
