Week 5 day 1 - good workout and handling well the increase in weights. Today Crossfit class in the eve. My feet are giving me shooting pains, i can feel pain going through my bones in the feet...not sure what it is. Will see if it keeps getting worse.
57.6 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 0.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
