oh well after a hectic weekend at Festival suprise suprise the scale had gone up this morning.

But do you know what i dont care i had a great weekend off ate lots of delishious things drank maybe a little too much had great time with friends and got to see The Rolling Stones and Stevie Wonder

i will get back in the saddle this week and these last 5 kgs will come off by the end of this year!!
