I didn't do anything wrong yesterday so I'm not sure why it's up. 2 reasons that I can think of. Either I didn't have enough water (which is possible although I had a lot) or the sodium in the chicken last night threw me off, which I think is more likely. Either way, I'll just do what I know to do and not sweat it. It'll come back down.

Massage this am, hoping for a long walk on the trail today. Might get together with my mom and my son is moving in sometime today for about a week until he moves to GA.

Just a thought my dear. When you convert stored fat to lean muscle your weight will go up on occasion because muscle is denser than fat. The key is whether or not you are slimming down even though the weight stays the same or increases. You probably didn't do anything wrong, it's just the wy things work sometimes.
